September 1- October 3, 2026 Meeting days: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday Time: 5:30- 8:30p Those with FELONY CONVICTIONS are asked to refrain from booking and contact the school first. Students must successfully be able to demonstrate all skills in order to take the state registry exam. NURSING ULTD IS AN AUTHORIZED TRAINING CENTER BUT DOES NOT GUARANTEE STUDENT WILL TEST AT OUR FACILITY DUE TO EVALUATOR AVAILABILITY. Cost of course covers: Background check, Tuition, textbook, supplies, training, t-shirt, state exam fee $140 Is included. Student needs to have a laptop or computer to complete written portion of the state exam upon completion of course. State exam typically takes place 2-3 weeks upon completion of the course. Necessary documents: Drug screening, physical, background check (completed by school) -TB Skin Test (completed by student for clinical) -Nursing Unlimited Navy Shirt is provided, but student should provide their own bottoms Payment plans available under PRICING PLANS tab on website
